Edible Arrangements to Donate Portion of January Sales to Mom's Lasagna

Louisville , KY – The Louisville and Clarksville locations of Edible Arrangements - the leading purveyor of exquisite, hand-sculpted, fresh fruit bouquets - is donating 10 percent of the proceeds from specific sales in January to Mom's Lasagna, Inc. In order for the 10 percent to be donated to Mom's Lasagna, the customer will need to state that Mom's Lasagna is how they heard about Edible Arrangements when asked by the customer service representative. The donation not only applies to arrangements placed and needed in January, but also to those placed in January and needed in a future month (i.e. Valentines' Day.)

The donations will benefit Mom's Lasagna, Inc., a Louisville nonprofit organization dedicated to funding cancer research, specifically breast cancer research. It was co-founded in 2006 by siblings Patrick and Beth Schmidt in honor of their late mother Patricia Schmidt.

Edible Arrangements specializes in creating delicious bouquets filled with fresh, hand-sculpted fruit including strawberries, pineapple, grapes, oranges, cantaloupe and honeydew. Amanda and Ben Hiner, owners of both the Louisville and Clarksville Edible Arrangements locations, state, “Our colorful fruit arrangements provide an excellent source of vitamin C. Strawberries, pineapples, oranges, and apples can all be dipped in gourmet chocolate and added to our arrangements to sweeten up any cold winter day.” Consuming the recommended daily allowance of fruit each day couldn't be easier when the fruit is creatively sculpted into such a beautiful and unique presentation.
